Summary
Re-designed newly purchased PMS (Property Management System) and worked to improve the overall customer experience as well as integrate new features. Also, I re-designed the customer-facing website and worked with Engineers to implement new or additional features to existing products using HTML/CSS and some JavaScript. Developed detailed wireframes and prototypes for user testing with existing customers and clients. Work collaboratively with the product team to streamline new features and processes.

One of the many improvements made to the new Property Management System Rezcaster I re-designed. Streamline registration process and present information more clearly to users. Separated required information from additional information. Created a more visually appealing look and layout.

Customer-facing company site
