Introduction
SolarCloudTools designed and developed to validate strategy for moving to a direct sales model, via self help-low cost solar solutions. A responsive management system for sales leads, team management, user role management, notifications, ticket support, mail integration, and custom analytics for solar energy installations. I was responsible for usability testing, conducting user interviews, and assisting with front-end development.

Summary
I worked with stakeholders to flush out ideas and concepts. Research solar install process by going on a ride-along and speaking with contractors. Did several flows and system maps to define technical functionality and map progress. I worked with developers to structure sprints and continue determining technical feasibility. We created a working application and made several iterations from user feedback. Stakeholders were able to obtain (DOE) Department of Energy SunShot Incubator grant. They bootstrapped the operation, and their hopes were to continue with the development of the application while they raised Series B round.
