Web Platform Improvements
Summary
I improved the customer experience for a variety of products and features, as well as updated the user interface on the web-based electronic medical record (EMR) software application. I was responsible for usability testing, conducting user interviews, and assisting with frontend development.

I made improvements to the interface and user experience to many features. Also, I developed detailed wireframes and prototypes for user testing with existing customers and clients. Work collaboratively with the development team to implement new user interface designs and assisted with front-end development.
Objective
Separate and design the appointment details pop up, so the information is presented clearly for the front desk users. Make sure the functionality for the buttons is straight forward. Overall make the appearance visually engaging and appealing.
Outcome
Removed patient dropdown to show patient information, also added an easy way to access information. Important information, such as patient status, is apart of the appointment details view. Implemented a way to change the appointment date and time from the details view. The overall layout and design is visually more appealing.
