Introduction
It was clear that there was a gap between those who required care and those who had the ability and availability to serve them. Surveys showed that many of the patients and providers needed help finding each other. House of Elite is a healthcare staffing organization that wanted to develop an app to match people needing care with professionals offering the service. They wanted to provide a solution so that quality, trustworthy care could now be offered on demand.

I worked with two incredible women with years of experience in the nursing/healthcare space, the owners of House of Elite, to design and develop an interactive prototype of the CarePool app to gain investment funds for development. We worked together to ensure the connection process was easy and efficient.
Features
The app includes a powerful search tool that makes finding services and pricing for various care options easy.
A provider can register through the app, get verified by the House of Elite Team, and start providing care within a few days. Similarly, facility managers can register, receive verification, and easily access a brand new network of professionals in days versus weeks or months in a traditional hiring process. Providers will have access to their private invoices, payment information, and scheduling.
